Estimated delivery times are 1-5 business days for shipments within the EU and 2-5 business days for shipments outside of the EU. You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without any providing any justification. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possesion of the last item in your order. Although we hope this is not the case, if you are unhappy with the product for any reason, you have up to 15 calendar days to notify us of the return and we will pay for return shipping. To request a return, please send a message to returns@chiemihara.com and you will receive a return code shortly. This code is required for exchanges or refunds.
To help us improve our products and services, please explain your reasons for the return via e-mail when requesting the return code. Upon receiving the return code, please ship the product back to us within the next 15 days. As soon as we receive the goods, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days.
